REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS

Due to the highly sensitive nature of our research compounds and the strict laboratory quality control standards we maintain, we cannot accept physical returns once a product has left our facility. The scientific integrity, temperature stability, and chain of custody cannot be guaranteed once a vial has been shipped and handled by a third party. Therefore, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect handling by the researcher, or accidental orders.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the courier, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled.

3. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take extreme care in our packaging processes; however, if your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong compound, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date confirmed by the tracking number.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product, the shipping packaging, and the original packing slip.

  • Upon verification of the error or transit damage, we will issue a replacement for the affected items at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or incorrect items; we only provide exact replacements to ensure your research is not interrupted.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, Pure Core Research is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, or if it is held up in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your provided tracking number.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. Because our products are strictly for in-vitro research use, any dispute claims indicating that the product "did not work for personal use" or similar language will be heavily disputed with the payment processor, as human consumption is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent banning of your account and laboratory from our platform.
